2. The low income workers (i.e. those who belong to the B40 or Bottom 40% group) have been hit hard by Covid19. Many have had their income reduced due to the bearish economy or have lost their income due to retrenchment. There must be a quick way for them to supplement their reduced income.

1. The aged, senior citizens, infirmed and the vulnerable can utilise the MyGotongRoyong mobile app to request for help to run errands, do delivery, perform housekeeping chores or any handiwork.

2. The low income workers can use the MyGotongRoyong mobile app to supplement their income by carrying out the tasks requested. 

What Is The MyGotongRoyong Mobile App?

The MyGotongRoyong mobile app has two modes of operation:

1. The Requester Mode: This is the mode that will be selected by users that are requesting for the odd-jobs service. 

2. The Supporter Mode: This is the mode that will be selected by users that are willing to fulfill the odd-jobs request.

New users will have to set up their profile and select the corresponding mode in the Settings tab. Once the setup has been done, users can start posting odd-jobs requirements or wait for odd-jobs to be assigned to them by the mobile app.
